Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting new and pre-owned vehicles that fit their needs and budget
Build strong relationships through professional, friendly, and transparent communication
Follow up with leads via phone, text, email, video, and CRM
Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and test drives
Present pricing, financing options, and product features clearly
Work closely with management and the finance team to ensure smooth deliveries
Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records
Keeps up to date on new products and services within the industry
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
Maintains professional appearance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 and up per year
