Sales Associate / Front Desk

StretchLab Johns Creek has an immediate opening for a Sales Associate to help with front desk and sales tasks at a health and fitness boutique studio.  Hours are flexible.

This is a part time position and probably won't pay all the bills but will provide some extra spending cash (and you get a complimentary StretchLab membership!!).  The right candidate will know computers and really like to be around people.  A person with a flexible schedule that can fill in on various shifts through the week as needed (all planned ahead).  Someone who enjoys life and values staying active.

We're admittedly biased, but StretchLab is an awesome and rewarding place to work.  We have a great team that is professional, but also a lot of fun.  We're small so we work together on all aspects of the studio.  And we are obsessed with helping people move better!!

DUTIES:

• Assist with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
• Phone calls / text / outreach
• Book / confirm stretch sessions for our current & prospective clients
• Greet and check-in clients and answer phone inquiries
• Opportunity to occasionally participate in special events (health fairs, community events, etc.)
• Help create social media content
• Present and sell merchandise
• Help maintain studio cleanliness

• Ability to exceed expectations
• Proficient computer / software skills
• Prior experience in a fitness/health environment helpful but not at all required

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• This position offers an hourly base rate of $12 along with commission on sales
• Complimentary Monthly Membership included with employment
• Potential for growth within the company (if desired, but not required)
