Key Responsibilities 1.Engage customers and provide friendly, confident service 2.Understand customer needs and recommend products or styling options 3.Drive sales through active customer interaction 4.Support fitting room, cashier, and sales floor operations 5.Maintain visual and merchandising standards on the sales floor 6.Assist with restocking, inventory handling, and store organization 7.Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales goals 1.Experience in any service-oriented role (retail, hospitality, food & beverage, customer service, etc.) 2.Strong communication and interpersonal skills 3.Passion for fashion, trends, and retail 4.Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment 5.Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
