We are seeking dedicated full-time employees to provide exceptional customer service, drive sales, and support store operations.
- Assist customers by offering knowledgeable, courteous service and building relationships.
- Support merchandising, restocking, and shipment processes.
- Maintain a positive attitude and ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.
- Help minimize inventory shrinkage through loss prevention and security measures.
- Balance cash and follow POS procedures; communicate store issues to management.
- Maintain a neat sales environment and perform additional assigned duties.
Qualifications include strong communication skills, ability to work independently, flexibility, basic fashion knowledge, and physical ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs.
