Dallas, TX | Full-Time | In-showroom - Weekends Required 

We’re hiring for our client, a dynamic and fast-growing furniture and décor studio known for its bold style, creative spirit, and exceptional customer experience. They’re seeking a Sales Associate to join their Dallas showroom team, someone who thrives in a design-forward environment and takes pride in building lasting relationships with clients who love great interiors.

In the role, you will:

• Assist clients with furniture and accessory purchases in-store, by phone, and via email
• Create detailed, accurate sales quotes and close transactions efficiently
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail, trade, and hospitality clients
• Manage designer accounts and oversee trade application approvals
• Partner with operations and purchasing teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and client satisfaction
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries with professionalism and care
• Coordinate sample shipments and occasional warehouse or UPS drop-offs
• Contribute to showroom merchandising and product presentation
• Manage daily administrative tasks (emails, phones, scheduling)
• Occasionally travel (up to 10%) for client or trade-related needs

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of sales experience, ideally in furniture, interiors, or a related trade environment
• A passion for design and an eagerness to learn and grow
• Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills
• A positive, proactive, and adaptable approach, with a team-first mindset
• Comfort with Outlook and Mac OS; experience with NetSuite or Shopify a plus
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
