Go Hyundai of Renton is growing, and we are hiring Sales Associates to join our automotive sales team.

Compensation & Earnings

• Our Sales Associates are paid through a competitive commission plan with uncapped earning potential. Actual earnings depend on sales performance.
• Typical first-year earnings range from $65,000-$110,000+
• Commission starts at $300 per vehicle sold
• Earn up to $650 per vehicle as monthly sales volume increases
• Monthly $100 CSI bonus when the sales team exceeds the district Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) average
• Compensation is paid in accordance with applicable Washington State and local wage laws

What You'll Do

• Build relationships with new, repeat, and referral clients
• As a Sales Associate, you will help customers through the full vehicle-buying process, from first contact to delivery
• Help customers select the right vehicle
• Provide a professional, consultative sales experience
• Follow up with leads, appointments, sold clients, and long-term prospects
• Maintain strong product knowledge
• Work with management, finance, service, and BDC teams
• Meet and exceed sales goals
