Assure all customer needs are met by asking open-ended questions in regard to their activity, project, event, or need. Merchandise the sales floor to maintain a clean, organized, and inviting shopping experience. Live the Smith and Edwards Lifestyle, individuals with extensive knowledge and/or experience in regards to the great outdoors, camping, western lifestyle, etc. will be given preference. Build positive relationships with our customers and community. Ask questions, learn our customers’ names, and be sure all their needs are met. Give each and every customer a personal shopping experience. Support the store management team by meeting sales goals, processing merchandise returns, performing inventory cycle counts, and demonstrating trustworthiness and reliability. Pay and Benefits: Starting pay from $11 per hour Benefits - Closed Sundays, great employee discount, advancement opportunities. Store hours: Hours of operation are 9 am - 8 pm Monday - Friday. 9 am - 6 pm Saturday. Closed Sundays and major holidays. Saturday availability is required. Must have availability within store hours.
