Compensation: $15.49 per hour + 10% commission on sales (Typical commission: $20 per sale)

What You'll Do
As a Sales Associate at our Hoboken studio, you'll be the face of Body Fit Training, welcoming members and driving the growth of our community through energetic and effective sales interactions. You'll help people transform their lives by introducing them to a fitness method that truly works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage and convert prospective members through phone calls, in-person tours, events, and outreach

• Drive sales of memberships and packages, earning a 10% commission per sale

• Provide an exceptional studio experience through friendly, knowledgeable customer service

• Support front desk operations, including booking, checking-in, and assisting members

• Be an enthusiastic brand ambassador who promotes the BFT lifestyle both in and out of the studio

What Were Looking For:

• Outgoing, people-oriented personality with a passion for health and fitness

• Sales or customer service experience strongly preferred

• Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends

• Strong communication skills and confidence in a fast-paced environment

• Team player with a drive to exceed goals and help others succeed
