What You'll Do

• Help customers find the right new or pre-owned vehicle for their needs.

• Build lasting relationships with customers and provide an exceptional buying experience.

• Follow up with leads by phone, text, and email.

• Learn Toyota products, inventory, pricing, and current incentives.

• Guide customers through the complete sales process, from initial contact through vehicle delivery.

• Work with managers and the finance team to provide a smooth customer experience.

• Work toward and exceed monthly sales and performance goals.

• Maintain accurate customer information and follow up using CRM tools.
