Role Description The Sales Associate role at LOFT Outlet in Kittery, ME is a part-time, on-site position focused on delivering a welcoming and inclusive in-store experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting customers, offering product recommendations, and assisting with styling and fit to support confident purchase decisions. The Sales Associate processes transactions accurately, handles returns and exchanges, and maintains clean, organized sales floors and fitting rooms. This role also supports merchandise replenishment, tagging, and visual presentations to uphold brand and promotional standards. Sales Associates collaborate with the store team to meet sales goals and provide consistent, friendly service to all guests.
