The Role:

We are hiring hungry, competitive Sales Associates to join our acquisitions team on a commission-only basis.

\n

\n

(Systems/ Leads) all provided.

\n

\n

Your responsibility is straightforward: connect with property owners, understand their situation, negotiate directly, and secure contracts.

\n

\n

You will be responsible for creating your own income through activity, communication, and persistence. Every conversation is an opportunity to earn.

\n

\n

This is not a customer service role. This is not a passive job. This is a high-performance sales position where your income is directly tied to your ability to close.

What You’ll Do

\n

\n

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to property owners daily.

\n

• Qualify motivation, property condition, timeline, and pricing expectations.

\n

• Build trust quickly and take control of conversations professionally.

\n

• Present cash offers clearly and confidently.

\n

• Negotiate directly with homeowners to reach mutually beneficial agreements.

\n

• Overcome objections and consistently ask for the contract.

\n

• Follow up relentlessly with all qualified leads until a decision is made.

\n

• Send and secure purchase agreements to get properties under contract.

\n

• Maintain disciplined CRM usage with accurate notes and task management.

\n

• Hit and exceed individual KPIs tied directly to commission earnings.

\n

• Participate in daily coaching, call reviews, and role-play training sessions.

\n

Prior experience in phone sales, automotive sales, solar, insurance, door-to-door, or other commission-based roles is a plus, but not required. We will train the right person who brings the right mindset, work ethic, and hunger.
