Job Title: Part-Time Sales Associate – Laurel's Loft Thrift Store Location: Laurel's Loft Lansdale, Pa Schedule: Part-time every other Saturday 9:30am to 4:30pm with some flexibility to fill in weekday hours. $14/hrReports To: Laurel's Loft ManagerAre you passionate about making a difference in your community? This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, supporting store operations, and promoting the mission of Laurel House. Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers in a friendly and helpful mannerShare information about the mission of Laurel House with customersOperate cash register and reconcile cash drawer at shift end Accept donations; provide donation receiptsSort, tag, steam, and restock merchandiseMaintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and donation areaSupervising shop volunteers in the absence of the Store ManagerResearch value of donated items using internet toolsWork independently and multitask effectivelyQualifications:Prior retail or customer service experience preferred but not necessary.Positive attitude and strong communication skillsWillingness to learn about clothing and accessory brandsBasic internet and computer skillsAbility to lift a minimum of 20lbs unassistedMust be reliable, punctual, and mission-drivenWhat We Offer:A supportive, mission-focused work environmentOpportunity to give back to the community through meaningful workTraining provided on shop procedures and nonprofit operationsEmployee discount Laurel House is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
