Job Description: As a Sales Lead, you will provide individualized customer experiences through expert styling, authentic connections, and by embracing diversity. Requirements: 1-3 years of retail experience (supervisory preferred), strong communication and problem-solving skills, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Hours: 12-29 hours per week (3 shifts minimum); must be comfortable working alone during single-coverage shifts.
