Sales Associate Pilates Addiction West Hollywood

Location: 7940 W 3rd St, Los Angeles, CA 90048
Compensation: $18 per hour + commission
Schedule: Part-time; weekday & weekend availability required. Shifts may begin as early as 6:30am and end as late as 8:30pm.

Position Overview

Were seeking a driven Sales Associate with a passion for fitness and a proven ability to sell memberships. This role is all about energy, connection, and closingguiding potential members from their first interaction with our studio through to becoming committed clients.

What Youll Do

• Lead membership sales conversations, tours, and introductions to the Pilates Addiction experience

• Consistently hit and exceed monthly sales targets for new memberships and packages

• Conduct follow-up calls, texts, and emails with prospects to convert leads into members

• Deliver an exceptional in-studio experience that motivates new visitors to join

• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activity, and client information in our CRM system

• Support studio events, promotions, and community marketing efforts

• Provide top-tier customer service to existing members to build retention and referrals

What Were Looking For

• Sales experience in fitness or a related industry strongly preferred

• Competitive and goal-driven, with a track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets

• Outgoing personality with excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Organized, reliable, and proactive in follow-up and lead management

• Flexible availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends
