Key Responsibilities, Sales & Membership Growth
Proactively engage with leads and convert them into members through in-person consultations, phone follow-ups, and email outreach.
Conduct studio tours and explain the value of BFTs programs to prospective members.
Meet and exceed individual and studio sales goals by driving membership, retail, and event sales.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, tracking leads, follow-ups, and membership status.
Customer Engagement & Studio Representation
Greet all members and guests with enthusiasm, creating a welcoming and positive studio environment.
Build lasting relationships with members by understanding their fitness goals and providing personalized solutions.
Actively participate in promotional events, community outreach, and social media efforts to increase studio visibility.
Operational Support
Assist with front desk responsibilities, including scheduling, answering inquiries, and managing payments.
Support the management team with day-to-day studio operations, ensuring smooth execution of sales processes.
Keep the studio tidy and organized, contributing to a high-quality member experience.
Qualifications
Sales experience preferred, especially in fitness, wellness, or retail.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in achieving sales targets.
Passion for fitness and the ability to articulate the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.
Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer skills is a plus.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
What We Offer
Competitive hourly wage of $21 per hour.
10% commission on all sales.
