Starting Pay: $18.00 - $19.00/hr + 0.5% Personal Commission

Store Bonus: Additional 0.5% Commission Kicker when the store hits its sales goal

How the Compensation Works

Phase 1: Base Pay + Commission

Guaranteed Hourly Wage

• $18.00-$19.00 per hour (based on experience)

Personal Commission

• Earn 0.5% commission on every dollar you sell from day one

Store Goal Bonus

• Earn an additional 0.5% commission on all sales when the store reaches its monthly sales goal
• This effectively doubles your commission payout

5% Straight Commission Path

• Available to associates who demonstrate consistent sales performance and build a reliable customer pipeline
