North Rising Star is growing its Minneapolis team and looking for motivated, people-focused individuals to join us as full-time Sales Associates.


This is an in-person role for someone who enjoys meeting new people, communicating confidently, and working toward clear goals. You’ll represent client campaigns directly, speak with customers face-to-face, and help generate new customer interest and sales.


Whether you already have sales experience or come from retail, hospitality, customer service, or another people-focused background, we’re interested in candidates who are ready to learn and motivated to perform.


What You’ll Be Doing

•  Speaking with customers face-to-face 
•  Introducing and explaining client products and services 
•  Identifying customer needs and answering questions 
•  Building rapport and creating positive customer experiences 
•  Generating new customer interest and sales 
•  Working toward individual and team performance goals 
•  Learning new products and campaigns through ongoing training

Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, hospitality, promotions, or a similar role is preferred, but we’re open to candidates with strong transferable skills.


Location & Schedule


This is a full-time, on-site position in the Minneapolis/St. Louis Park area. This is not a remote position.
