Who We're Looking For
We're looking for an outgoing, sales-driven Sales Associate who loves connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to turn a great experience into a lasting relationship.
This isn't just a front desk position. You'll play a key role in growing our studio by welcoming first-time guests, converting them into members, driving retail sales, and creating an experience that keeps our community coming back.
What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver an exceptional member experience: Welcome guests, build relationships, and create a positive, high-energy studio environment.
- Drive membership sales: Own the first-time guest experience, understand their fitness goals, recommend the right membership, and confidently close sales.
- Grow retail revenue: Recommend apparel, grip socks, and accessories while achieving individual and team sales goals.
- Support studio operations: Manage check-ins, bookings, account updates, and accurate sales records.
- Keep our studio looking its best: Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming studio and beautifully merchandised retail boutique.
- Build our community: Support studio events, promotions, referrals, and member engagement.
What You'll Need to Succeed
Previous professional experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service
- Confidence in selling, overcoming objections, and closing sales
- An outgoing, positive personality with excellent communication skills
- A passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others
- A goal-oriented mindset with strong initiative and accountability
- Professional maturity, reliability, and the ability to work independently
- Strong organizational skills and comfort with technology
- Availability to work some evenings and weekends
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college education strongly preferred
