The Sales Associate position is located in Murfreesboro, TN, and involves unloading trucks, organizing merchandise, and maintaining a clean, stocked department.
- Assist with daily operational goals and move efficiently with a proactive approach.
- Remove promotional tags, restock displays, and handle special orders for non-stock items.
- Provide excellent customer service by consulting with managers before declining requests and responding to customer needs.
- Monitor for shoplifters and respond to radio requests promptly.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications include 6 months to 1 year of retail experience, preferably in hardware, with strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a plus. Reliable attendance and willingness to learn all store areas are essential.
