Class is in session! Sundae School is officially opening the doors to our first-ever retail location and we're looking for a sharp, high-energy Part-Time Sales Associate to join the inaugural Honor Roll.

If you're obsessed with the intersection of Korean-American culture, high-concept streetwear, and "higher education," we want to meet you. This isn't just a floor job; it's a chance to help build the foundation of our physical community.

The Role:
As a Sales Associate, you are the face of the brand. You aren't just folding fleece; you're storytelling. You'll be responsible for:

• Curating the Experience:Welcoming clients into our world and guiding them through our seasonal collections and smoke-wear essentials.
• Mastering the Narrative:Explaining the nuances behind our designs—from Seoul-inspired graphics to our technical fabrications.
• Campus Maintenance:Maintaining a pristine, high-concept shop floor that reflects our "Higher Education" aesthetic.
• Driving Growth:Meeting sales goals while building genuine, long-term relationships with our local community.

Requirements:
We're looking for someone who has been around the block but is ready to build something new.

• Experience:2+ years in fashion retail is a must.You should understand luxury/streetwear service standards and POS systems.
• Culture Fit:You're plugged into the streetwear scene and have a deep appreciation for the AAPI creative community.
• The Vibe:High EQ, proactive, and witty. You can handle a busy Saturday rush with the same grace as a quiet Tuesday morning.
• Availability:Must be able to work weekends and select holidays.
