Sales Associate (Part-Time) — Sundae School's First Retail Location

Class is in session. Sundae School has it's first-ever retail location, and we're looking for a sharp, high-energy Part-Time Sales Associate to join our inaugural Honor Roll.

The Role

As a Sales Associate, you're the face of the brand. You're not just folding fleece — you're telling a story. You'll be responsible for:

• Curating the Experience — Welcoming customers into our world and guiding them through our seasonal collections and streetwear essentials.
• Mastering the Narrative — Explaining the thinking behind our designs, from Seoul-inspired graphics to our technical fabrications.
• Campus Maintenance — Keeping a pristine, high-concept shop floor that reflects our "Higher Education" aesthetic.
• Driving Growth — Meeting sales goals while building genuine, long-term relationships with our community.

Prerequisites

We're looking for someone who's been around the block but is ready to build something new.

• Experience — 2+ years in fashion retail required. You should be comfortable with luxury/streetwear service standards and POS systems.
• Culture Fit — You're plugged into the streetwear scene and bring a genuine appreciation for Korean-American design and creative culture.
• The Vibe — High EQ, proactive, and witty. You handle a packed Saturday with the same grace as a quiet Tuesday morning.
• Availability — Open availability preferred. Must be able to work weekends and select holidays.

Compensation & Perks
