Key Responsibilities

• Make 50+ Outbound Contacts Daily: Proactively reach out via calls, texts, and emails to book intro classes, follow up with leads, and convert prospects into members.
• Lead Sales Consultations: Greet walk-ins and first-time visitors, give engaging studio tours, and recommend membership packages tailored to their needs.
• Handle Objections with Confidence: Navigate concerns about time, price, or decision-making by listening, empathizing, and highlighting the value of Pilates.
• Build a Strong Member Community: Foster meaningful relationships with members by staying engaged before and after classes and creating a welcoming studio vibe.
• Support Daily Operations: Run the front desk independentlyfrom checking in members and managing apparel sales to fielding calls and keeping the studio tidy.
• Act as a Studio Ambassador: Help promote studio events, contribute to our social media presence, and represent the Club Pilates brand with positivity and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, boutique fitness, wellness services, or client-facing retail is preferred
• Strong communication skills with a natural ability to engage and influence others
• Comfortable with high-volume outreach and consistent follow-up
• Confident handling objections in a supportive and solution-focused way
• Composed and efficient while multitasking at a busy front desk
• Tech-savvy with working knowledge of CRM systems and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook)
• Self-motivated and highly organized

Availability Requirements

• Available to work 10 to 20 hours per week, including at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
• Must be available for evening shifts
• Must live within commuting distance of Orland Park, IL 60462 and have reliable transportation
• Able to commit to a minimum of 6 months in this role
• Open to supporting other nearby Club Pilates locations if needed
