About the Role:
WE are  looking for a driven and personable Outdoor Residential Sales & Marketing professional to join our team in sunny  FL! This is an exciting opportunity to WORK OUTDOORS and connect with homeowners FACE to Face and  build lasting relationships, and grow your career in a dynamic, fast-paced sales environment. Average income $40-$80 an hour (hourly plus draw )



Responsibilities:

• Conduct home to home  outdoor residential sales outreach in assigned neighborhoods throughout YOUR choice of Palm Beach, Broward or Miami neighborhoods. 
• Talk about company products and services to prospective homeowners, no hard sales.
• Generate and qualify leads through direct marketing and community engagement
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets 
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local campaigns and promotional strategies.
• Very flexible, schedule work life balance.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in residential sales, direct sales, or field marketing preferred not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working outdoors in the field
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus in the South Florida market
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a bonus
