7‑Eleven is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer‑focused Sales Associate to join our store team. If you enjoy helping people, keeping things organized, and working in a fast‑paced environment, this role is a great fit.
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service with a positive, welcoming attitude
Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle payments accurately
Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to maintain store presentation
Prepare and maintain fresh food and beverage offerings (coffee, hot foods, etc.)
Keep the store clean, organized, and safe for customers and team members
Assist with inventory counts and product rotation
Follow all company policies, including safety and loss‑prevention procedures
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and customer‑service skills
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 lbs
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred (but not required)
Previous retail, cashier, or customer‑service experience
Familiarity with convenience‑store operations
