Job Summary

The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product selection, promoting merchandise, supporting sales goals, and maintaining a positive shopping experience. The role provides product recommendations, participates in store activities, and works collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer service objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Assist customers in selecting merchandise based on their needs and preferences.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and new arrivals.
• Provide product recommendations, styling advice, and suggest complementary products.
• Promote current marketing campaigns, events, and brand initiatives.
• Support sales goals and customer service objectives.
• Participate in store meetings and team activities.
• Maintain an organized and welcoming sales floor.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support store operations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and provide professional recommendations.
• Willingness to perform additional duties to support business needs.
