P. NEMIR is your hometown department store, focused on delivering style, value and exceptional service. As a sales team member, you’ll be helping customers build wardrobes, learn and share product knowledge, accurately ring sales, and deliver excellent customer service.
- Greet customers promptly, and help them find styles and sizes.
- Build rapport with customers and other associates.
- Merchandise the store, while maintaining presentation standards.
- Work with the Visual Director to implement and change displays.
- Collect and process e-commerce and phone orders.
- Organize, straighten and clean your department.
- Introduce the Company and its products and services to friends and neighbors.
- Achieve personal sales goals while helping the team reach its objectives.
Requirements
- A passion for fashion, and an openness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to relate and work with a team effectively.
- The ability to follow directions and work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous clothing retail experience desired.
- Customer service experience.
- Proficiency in math, computer skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
