We are seeking for a Part-Time Sales Stylist/Client Advisor to join our team at 24k! This is more than a retail position-- it's an opportunity to help clients look and feel their best through personalized styling, premium designer collections, and exceptional service.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about fashion and luxury brand, friendly, naturally outgoing, sales driven and enjoys working in a team-oriented environment. Experienced in luxury retail, designer fashion, and eyewear.
Must be available to work a flexible part-time schedule, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities 

• Crate a memorable, personalized shopping experiences.
• Build lasting relationships with clients through genuine connection and outstanding service.
• Meet individual and sales team goals.
• Support daily boutique operations with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Work at a register to ring up and carry out customer sales.
• Take added responsibility for stocking, inventory, and store maintenance.
• Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives as set forth by the company.
• Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively
• Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service
• Willingness to work well in a team environment
• Ability to quickly and accurately work a register
