The Role
Shoes and the latest streetwear, you in? Nice Kicks is looking for Retail Sales Associates to help
us provide the best possible experience for our customers. Are you someone who has a passion
for customer service and loves shoes? Join our team, we employ highly motivated, dynamic,
and upbeat individuals.

WE ARE HIRING FOR PART-TIME AND FULL-TIME!

Here’s what a day at work may look like...
• Create a fun and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers
• Meet cool people and guide them through their shopping experience
• Help keep a clean, neat, and organized store
• Run around, climb ladders, sell shoes and have fun!

About you...
• 18+ years old (16+ with appropriate work permits)
• Fun and outgoing
• Into the latest trends? Fashion? Shoes? Perfect!
• Flexible, passionate, and humble
• A desire to work hard and be successful
• Does talking to everyone just come naturally? Awesome!

It would be great but not completely necessary to have...

* Experience in selling Athletic Shoes is a plus.

Compensation:

Store Associate pay range: $19.18 - $19.18 per hour. This role will be eligible for the company 401K plan.
