Position Overview
We are looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Sales Representatives. In this role, you will connect with homeowners, introduce our permanent lighting systems, generate interest, and set appointments for in-home estimates.
This is a face-to-face, outdoor sales position that requires confidence, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude. This is a 100% commission job with unlimited earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Canvass residential neighborhoods and engage with homeowners
- Introduce Nightfall Lighting and educate customers on our products
- Generate qualified leads and set estimate appointments
- Represent the company professionally and positively
- Track leads and follow up as needed
- Meet or exceed weekly lead generation goals
