Job Description and Pay:
Starting Hourly Range: $15+ per hour, based on qualifications. In addition, we offer a strong bonus program that easily adds $1 to $2 per hour plus. We offer great retail store hours and our part-time associates typically work 35 to 40 hours per week (plus or minus).
Qualifications:
High School Education and 1 plus years retail sales experience (is preferred).
Bilingual English and Spanish a plus.
Enjoy meeting, serving and interacting with customers.
Dependability and flexibility with scheduled work shifts.
Understanding of retail hours, which include day, evening, weekend, and holiday hours.
Strong computer experience with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Hands-on knowledge of principles and methods for demonstrating, promoting, and selling products. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, referral & lead generation, & sales techniques.
High energy, enthusiasm and motivated demeanor.
Demonstrated problem solving skills and attention to detail
Effective communication style with all levels of an organization
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, and ability to climb up and down ladders
Reliable transportation.
