Massage & Facial Spa is seeking a rock star retail sales person to join our
growing team. Our organization is expanding quickly, with the number of
locations nearly doubling over the past 12 months. Due to the rate we’re
growing, we offer significant advancement opportunities. We want to provide all
the tools necessary for our sales team to succeed and advance their careers! We

Job Duties
Execute sales process to meet monthly
goals
Create a pampering experience for our
customers
Answer phones and book appointment
Follow proper filing procedures/file
maintenance
Promote health/wellness benefits of
massage therapy
Maintain a professional and clean work
environment & appearance
Positive, energetic attitude
Requirements
Track record of retail sales experience is
preferred
Desire to be in a sales position
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate effectively with
guests
Experience hitting a sales quota is a
plus.
Professional appearance & demeanor
Ability to handle stressful situations professionally
and multitask with ease all while focusing on the guest

Benefits
We offer $13/hour plus commissions – Top
performers earn $16-$18/hour
Ability to have a raise after first 90 days and quarterly based on performance
