We’re hiring a Sales Associate to meet with customers in person to evaluate their needs and present tailored cellular service options, manage sales of new customer accounts from start to finish, resolve issues, and ensure customers receive the highest level of service in a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide customers through available wireless products and services based on their individual needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Work with customers face-to-face to ascertain their needs
• Serve as the primary point of contact for questions and service needs
• Track account activity and proactively identify opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
