What You'll Do
As a Sales Associate, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience for every customer who walks through our doors. You'll help maintain a welcoming store environment, assist customers with their needs, and support day-to-day store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly, positive attitude
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build meaningful customer relationships
- Assist customers in locating products and recommending suitable alternatives
- Operate the cash register and accurately process transactions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor
- Restock merchandise and ensure products are displayed appropriately
- Learn about products and services to confidently assist customers
- Address customer questions and concerns professionally
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training opportunities
- Support pharmacy and front-end operations as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
