What You'll Do

• Assist customers in selecting the right Buick or GMC vehicle to meet their needs and budget.

• Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers.

• Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives.

• Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.

• Work closely with management and the finance department to deliver an exceptional buying experience.

• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.

• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

• Customer service or sales experience preferred (automotive experience is a plus but not required).

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
