Sales Associate / Project Estimator

Aspen Personnel Service has been hired by a locally owned and growing commercial and residential interior supplier to help them find a professional, high-energy, and self-motivated individual to join their team as a Sales Associate / Project Estimator.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, working directly with customers, and being involved in both the sales and project side of the business. The ideal candidate is motivated to succeed, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent service from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Assist contractors and homeowners on the retail floor with product selection and recommendations
• Conduct field measurements for residential and commercial projects
• Prepare bids and project estimates in the office
• Read blueprints and gather project specifications
• Attend industry networking events and help build business relationships
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining strong organization and follow-through
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience
• Construction or interior sales experience preferred
• Ability to measure accurately and read blueprints
• Strong math and estimating skills
• High-energy and self-motivated personality
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Driven to succeed and grow within the company

Compensation:

• Base salary starting at $55,000–$75,000 DOE
• Position transitions into a commission structure once training is complete and sales exceed base salary
• Successful Sales Associates have the potential to earn $100K–$500K+ annually

Schedule:

• Full-time
• Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Occasional Saturdays required (with a weekday off provided when worked)
