Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Sales Associate to join our team! As a Sales Associate, you will assist customers with their retail needs and ensure an excellent experience. Responsibilities may include working the register, stocking shelves, processing inventory, and maintaining the store’s appearance. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service and knowledge of cash register operation. 

Responsibilities 

• Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance while they are shopping
• Shipping/Mailing - Processing shipments for customers
• Package/Mail Sorting - Sorting incoming deliveries for pickup
• Packing - Providing packing service for customers
• Passport Photos -Taking photos for passport pictures
• Printing, Scanning, Faxing - Providing print services to customers
• Notary - Verifying ID of document signers (Once Class Completed)
• Take added responsibility for stocking, inventory, and store maintenance.
• Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives as set forth by the company.
• Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Good knowledge of sales and marketing
• Excellent leadership, time-management, and communication skills
• Computer Skills
• Prompt, reliable, and responsible
• Able to lift 40 pounds
• Ability to take Notary Exam.
• Available on weekends.
• Willingness to work well in a team environment
• Ability to quickly and accurately work a register
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule

BUSINESS HOURS :

• Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM
• Saturday 10:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Sunday Closed
