Job Summary
Strong negotiation skills.
Exceptional customer service abilities. Meeting and greeting customers as they come into our showroom.
Know how to use the 2020 design software to design the kitchen and bath for the customer.
Finding out the customer remodeling project needs, and assisting the customer in kitchen and bath design. Helping customers choose the right style cabinets and design for their home.
Ability to work independently to guide customers through the whole process of selecting cabinets/hardware/accessories-- and in most cases oversee the entire project through installation.
Don’t have to have prior knowledge and experience in Cabinets. We will have three months of period training with pay
Bilingual in Spanish or Chinese is preferred.


Responsibilities 

• Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance while they are shopping
• Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Work at a register to ring up and carry out customer sales.
• Collect payments by cash and credit card
• Issue receipts and refunds to customers
• Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives as set forth by the company.
• Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively
• Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service
• Willingness to work well in a team environment
• Ability to quickly and accurately work a register
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule
