Sales RepresentativeMidwest Lubricants is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for managing and growing an established customer base throughout the Remsen and surrounding area while actively pursuing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, enjoys working directly with customers, and has the ability to understand industrial, commercial, and agricultural lubricant applications.You will work closely with customers to understand their operations, identify lubrication needs, recommend solutions, and uncover opportunities to improve equipment performance and reliability. You will serve as a key link between our customers, operations team, and sales organization while representing Midwest Lubricants with professionalism and integrity.Job ResponsibilitiesManage an established sales route while identifying and pursuing new customer opportunities.Visit manufacturing, industrial, agricultural, and commercial facilities to understand customer operations and equipment needs.Recommend lubricant products and solutions based on equipment applications and operating conditions.Develop strong customer relationships and serve as a trusted resource for lubrication-related questions and needs.Actively drive revenue growth through prospecting, account development, cross-selling, and upselling.Monitor customer inventory levels and coordinate product deliveries.Communicate with customers regarding product availability, pricing, promotions, and new product offerings.Identify opportunities to improve customer lubricant programs and reduce operating costs.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory information.Complete daily administrative responsibilities, including sales reporting and route planning.Work collaboratively with operations and inside sales teams to ensure exceptional customer support and service.Job Requirements1-3 years of sales experience preferred, ideally in industrial, agricultural, automotive, manufacturing, or related industries.Mechanical aptitude and the ability to understand equipment operation and lubricant applications.Strong relationship-building, prospecting, and business development skills.Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve personal and company sales goals.Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Willingness to learn technical lubricant products and their applications across various industries.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Our CultureAt Midwest Lubricants, we believe in building lasting partnerships with our customers and supporting the success of our employees.
