Top sales associates can earn over $100k annually.
Responsibilities include presenting vehicle features, conducting test drives, following up with customers, and staying updated on products.
Qualifications include strong communication skills, customer service ability, basic math and computer skills, self-motivation, organization, and a professional appearance. Automotive sales experience is a plus but not required.
