Role Description The Sales Associate is a contract, on-site role based in South Jordan, UT, supporting prospective and existing members of Tackle Trading. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with leads, explaining Tackle Trading’s educational offerings, and guiding individuals through membership options and trial programs. The role involves handling inbound and outbound sales calls, responding to email and chat inquiries, and following up with prospects to encourage trial sign-ups and conversions. The Sales Associate will collaborate closely with coaches and support staff, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and provide a positive, service-oriented experience that reflects Tackle Trading’s mission. This role requires consistent on-site presence to work with the team, support events or trainings, and ensure timely communication with clients.\n
