• Deliver an excellent customer sales experience

• Follow the company sales process in order to create long lasting customers.

• Have excellent and prompt communication throughout the sales process.

• To represent Lauro Painting with integrity and excellence in all actions.
• \n
• To build excellent and immediate rapport with prospects for increased sales opportunities.
• \n
• To create clear and accurate estimates and close opportunities following the Lauro Painting estimating process.
• \n
• Hand off the accepted project to the operations department with all the necessary documents, notes, and information.
• \n
• Networking
• \n
• To identify and participate regularly in industry networking groups
• \n
• Be an active member in a local networking group
• \n
• Team Participation
• \n
• Participate in all sales, management and all company meetings.
• \n
• Actively promote the company culture in the community, to customers, to vendors, and to team members.

• Base salary plus commission

M, T, W, Th., F: 7:00– 5:00 or as necessary

Saturday estimates when requested
