Position Overview:

The Sales Associate will provide a positive customer experience by offering assistance when needed, ensuring product is on the floor and sized appropriately, and making certain all customers have a quick and efficient cash wrap experience. The Sales Associate performs additional tasks, including stocking, cleaning and folding merchandise, to support strong store operational execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers

  • Recommend products and promote a fashion-forward brand image

  • Process transactions accurately using the POS system

  • Maintain store appearance, including organizing and restocking merchandise

  • Assist with visual merchandising and displays

  • Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges professionally

  • Support inventory management and stock replenishment

  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales goals

  • Contribute to a positive, energetic, and team-oriented environment

Requirements:
  • Required Experience & Qualifications

    • Education: High School or Equivalent
    • Years of Experience: 0-2 of relevant job experience - minimum 6 months
    • Proficient in use of technology (iPad, registers)
    • Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends and non-business hours
    • Meets physical requirements


    Critical Skills & Attributes

    • Previous retail experience is a must.
    • Customer service skills and ability to interact with customers
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills specifically with customers, sales leadership team and associates
    • Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
Pay Range: USD $17.00 - USD $17.00 /Hr.
