Position Overview:

The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering a positive customer experience by providing excellent customer service, maintaining merchandise presentation standards, and supporting store operations. This role assists customers with product selection, processes transactions, replenishes merchandise, and contributes to a clean, organized, and engaging shopping environment. Successful candidates will be customer-focused, energetic, and passionate about fashion and retail.

 

This position is located in Staten Island, NY.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Assist customers with product selection and recommend merchandise based on their needs.
• Promote a fashion-forward brand image and enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain store appearance by organizing, folding, and restocking merchandise.
• Assist with visual merchandising and promotional displays.
• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges professionally.
• Support inventory management and stock replenishment activities.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales and service goals.
• Contribute to a positive, energetic, and team-oriented work environment.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of six months of retail experience required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with technology, including iPads and point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Must meet availability requirements, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours.

Pay Range: USD $17.00 - USD $17.00 /Hr.
