Position Overview:Retail Sales Associates serve as important ambassadors of the Burlington brand and are responsible for supporting customers and store operations. In this role, associates greet and assist customers, maintain a clean and organized sales floor, and support the management team with daily store activities. Associates may work in a variety of departments, including Ladies, Men, Youth, Sportswear, Shoes, Home, or Baby Depot.
