Saunders Staffing is currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our client's team. This position is responsible for contacting prospective and existing customers to sell advertising opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and help businesses increase their visibility through targeted advertising solutions.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Present and sell advertising packages in a professional and consultative manner.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Identify customer needs and recommend advertising solutions that meet their goals.
Follow up on leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
Accurately document customer interactions and sales activities.
Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Qualifications:
Previous sales, telemarketing, or customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable making outbound sales calls throughout the day.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Basic computer skills and the ability to learn CRM or sales software.
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening, if required by the client.
