Our Fitness Sales Associate team plays a big part in that experience—from the first conversation with a prospective member to welcoming them into the studio.

About the Role

As a Fitness Sales Associate, you'll connect with people interested in Orangetheory, book introductory workouts, give studio tours, and help guests choose the right membership.

This is an on-site sales and member experience role in Strongsville, Ohio. You don't need years of sales experience—we're open to people from retail, hospitality, customer service, fitness, and similar backgrounds who are confident with people and ready to learn.

What You'll Be Doing

• Follow up with new leads by phone, text, and email
• Book and confirm introductory workouts
• Welcome prospective members and give studio tours
• Explain membership options and confidently guide guests toward joining
• Build relationships with members and generate referrals
• Support member questions, account updates, and daily studio operations
• Help keep the studio clean, organized, and welcoming

As a Fitness Sales Associate, you'll be expected to follow through, work toward sales goals, and help create an experience that makes people want to become and remain members.

What We're Looking For

• Confident talking with new people and building relationships
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with leads
• Reliable, organized, and accountable
• Comfortable working toward sales goals and being accountable for results
• Available to work a mix of mornings, evenings, and weekends

Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, fitness, or customer service is helpful, but not required. We're willing to train the right person.
