We’re growing our Member Services Team at our upscale infrared sauna studio and are looking for upbeat, motivated individuals who enjoy building relationships and working in a welcoming, wellness-focused environment.
We Offer
- Hourly Pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold and paid out monthly
- Commission opportunities during sales training while shadowing experienced team members
- Sales experience preferred. We offer comprehensive training.

- Once onboarded, we will provide tailored ongoing 1:1 support

- We offer flexibility to choose shifts within our Saturday and Sunday schedules

Below are our available shifts. Schedule flexibility is available to choose your shifts from the options below.
- Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 9:30 pm opening and closing shifts
- Saturday and Sunday: 7:30 am to 8:30 pm opening and closing shifts

- Evening and weekend availability
Here's what you’ll be doing:
- Confidently sell memberships in a supportive, commission-based environment
- Connect with leads using our CRM with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Educate guests on the benefits of infrared saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
- Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
- Create a calm, welcoming experience for members and guests
- Provide studio tours and answer questions about services and facilities
- Answer all questions about services and the facility
- Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
- Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area

Competitive hourly pay upon successful training completion + commission
Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
