Job Summary

The Sales Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product selection, promoting merchandise, supporting sales goals, and maintaining an inviting shopping environment. The role requires strong product knowledge, teamwork, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Assist customers in selecting merchandise based on their needs and preferences.
• Maintain current knowledge of products, promotions, and new arrivals.
• Provide product recommendations, styling advice, and suggest complementary items.
• Promote current marketing campaigns, events, and store initiatives.
• Support sales goals and deliver an excellent shopping experience.
• Participate in store meetings and team activities.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and attractive sales floor.
• Collaborate with team members to support daily store operations.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support business operations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and provide professional recommendations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
