Sales Associate, Part-Time 

Are you enthusiastic, energetic and love to talk with people?  Are you interested in fitness and recreation and knowledgeable about the latest in social marketing?  Are you organized and have strong computer skills?

Under the general supervision of the General Manager, assists with telemarketing, sales, and marketing.  General responsibilities include phone calling and various administrative, sales, and tracking activities. Represents RMSC in a professional manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Use your communication skills to encourage and direct people to try new recreational activities
• Initiate and coordinate special marketing campaigns
• Schedule events and private parties
• Makes cold calls, follow leads, develop relationship with community businesses
• Assemble sales and marketing materials
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Contribute to company’s growth and leading position in the industry
• Executes policies and procedures professionally and accurately
• Performs other duties as assigned

 REQUIREMENTS

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Driver’s license required
• Ability to work independently with little supervision
• Ability to complete work in a timely fashion
• Must have knowledge in Excel and Word
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Must be bright, energetic, willing to learn and abide by policies and procedures
