Merchandise the sales floor to maintain a clean, organized, and inviting shopping experience. Build positive relationships with our customers and community. Ask questions, learn our customers’ names, and be sure all their needs are met. Give each and every customer a personal shopping experience. Support the store management team by meeting sales goals, processing merchandise returns, performing inventory cycle counts, and demonstrating trustworthiness and reliability. Hours of Operation Smith and Edwards is open Monday - Friday 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Closed Sunday. Pay and Benefits: Starting pay from $13 per hour depending on experience. Bonus opportunities. Benefits - Full-time employees are eligible for a full benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, Paid time off, and 401k after appropriate waiting periods.
